I think my cat can. He used to be my late hubby's cat. "Dad" was home in Hospice and the last 3 days kitty never left his side. He never got down to eat, drink or use litter box. 5 min before "Dad" died kitty jumped down and went to our room. I a struggling with lung cancer now and Kitty is now up in my recliner with me every day - nearly all day. He is eating and drinking and using his box. (For now) we'll see how that goes.

I have turned from someone who has always said "I hate cats." (Woyld never harm or even annoy any animal including cats) to someone who is now obsessed with my new kitten. He's brought so much happiness to my home. If I could ever have a conversation with you I would tell you how much you've done for me and my cat, Jasper. Thank you for this video. As a practising pagan, I very much believe. My rescue cat Ozil ( who has been with me 6 months) is so drawn to my herbs, crystals and other magical items. I have laid out crystals for me to pick what ones to work with... But he chose for me. He would touch each one then with his paw he would roll the ones he felt drawn to. When I have been in ritual he is there with me staring and looking at the energy I can't see... Then he has locked on to something an chased it. When I am doing energy clearing and protection he walks the house and sits and makes noises and I know that spot needs attention. This is why witches in history have had cats as familiars... They are the guardians of the spiritual world, yet dogs are the guardians of the physical world.

My cat loves sky raisins. One time he tried for one and it wasn't a raisin, it was a wasp. It landed on his ear and scared the crap out of him, so now he doesn't go after wasps anymore.

We have 2 cats one is 23 years old the other is 21 years old. Both are in perfect health even the vet said ''if i didn't know them you could have told me they are 8 and i would have believed it''. They get wet food twice a day and they have dry food throughout the day and night. So maybe it;s bad for some cats but mine are thriving on it.

Really good tip I've found is to trim their claws before bath. Sometimes I'll do it the day before bath so as to not stress my cats too much in one day as the ones that get baths don't like their claws trimmed.

I am on my second Cat genie... I have two Maine Coon cats... They use it and we love it. Yes it breaks down ,but not very often. After 8 years of Cat Genie we can take that baby apart real easy... Reusable granules, washes, and heat dried... Excellent product.

My kitten eats grain free Weruva wet food. Same brand for dry plus the occasional blueberry or small piece of banana as a treat. His favorite is cooked peeled large shrimp.

My cat slept on my pillow hugging my head and purring for a couple years. When I stopped getting migraines he suddenly stopped and now he sleeps next to me. I always thought he did it for him, but he was doing it for me.

If it works to anyone: I have a very aggressive fluffy cat and when we have to shower her, what we do is we use the cat shirt, we sit her on a chair in the shower my mom hold her down while I put shampoo and water on her, we never use the faucet, we heat water and with a glass we rinse her, the noise that the water running does scared them 😢 We have done it a few times and she doesn't stress that much and we get out unscratched 😅

I hope Jennifer has her cat’s butt shaved. Biscuit my long-haired kitty had to have it done.

Is the cat trapped or in full possession?

We adopted an 8 year old male cat last year with medical issues. He’d been diagnosed at some point with eosinophilic granuloma complex, I noticed some pretty significant anxiety issues, and then we started noticing he had issues with his teeth. He had a few removed shortly after we brought him home, and then a few months ago was diagnosed with stomatitis. We opted for a full mouth extraction. Dealing with the medical side definitely helped with his anxiety, but he’s not interested in any of the traditional cat toys. And he deals with the lack of stimulation by being a jerk to the other cats. He’s incredibly food motivated though…and working puzzle toys into his routine tamps down some of his attitude.

My cat Binx grew up in a 2 story house with 5 other cats, she is definitely the more fearful one (she used to be feral and I was apart of a catch and release program and i decided to adopt her because of her huge attachment to me) and there are 3 young cats in the house that are more forward (less than 3 years). I moved out for a few months and my roommates decided to throw their cat in Binx’s direction to “introduce them” and it ruined their introduction so we couldn’t stay in that house. We since then moved back into my parents house (with the multiple cats + other animals) and she is still on edge. She will engage in toys and when the other young cats are being played with she seems interested, but as soon as she gets closer to watch/possibly play, the young cat(s) will direct their attention to her and would rather jump/scare her away so they could play alone. Binx also has jealousy issues (im assuming because of her attachment to me) and she will get vocal if im giving lovins to another cat 😭 I will try to find other treats that the young cats will like and hopefully find more interesting than her, but if anyone has any advice or suggestions please lmk 😅 (im not planning on staying here for long but in the future we do eventually want to get another kitten and I want Binx to not be scared of new/other cats anymore)
